Full Day Chi Running®  Workshop:  $225

7 hours in length

This ChiRunning® Basics Workshop teaches the essential foundation skills for your ChiRunning® Practice. 

Appropriate for everyone from the beginner to the elite.

Class Format:  This full workshop will be guiding you through many exercises and drills designed to leave you with a clear sense of what the ChiRunning®  technique feels like in your body. We will not be doing lots of running (contrary to what you might imagine), so no matter what condition you’re in, have no fear. We will spend the day alternating between demonstrations, fun exercises and technique drills…the nature of the day will be relaxed, full, and inspiring.

Pre-run Body Looseners and Post-run Stretches
Run various speeds while conserving energy
Learn to efficiently run up & down Hills to conserve energy and reduce muscle strain
How to set-up an effective training program and reinforce the concepts that you’ve learned:
Interval training (for technique)
Tempo Run (for efficiency)
Long Slow Distance run (for aerobic conditioning)
Video taping (your NEW style of running)

Half-Day Chi Running®  Workshop:  $135

4 hours in length

This ChiRunning® Basics Workshop teaches the essential foundation skills for your ChiRunning® Practice. 

Appropriate for everyone from the beginner to the elite.

Class Format: This ChiRunning®  workshop includes four hours of instruction in a single ½ day course.  The Instructor will be guiding you through many exercises and drills designed to leave you with a clear sense of what the ChiRunning® technique feels like in your body.  We won’t be doing a lot of running but you will be running using the ChiRunning®  methods by the end of class! The focus will be on building a solid base of knowledge that you will carry forward in your running program.   You will get lots of personal attention and enjoy a rich learning experience packed with good information to help you run injury-free for the rest of your life.
